The ST UV is a whole house ultraviolet (UV) light sanitation system to guard against water borne microbes. The ST UV system is installed at the point that water enters your home to ensure that sanitized water is delivered to every tap in the home.

The whole house UV light controls anything that has nucleic acids as the water passed by the light. Recently, low doses of UV have proven to be equally effective against protozoan organisms, such as Giardia and Cryptosporidium.

The ST UV is made of solid 304 stainless steel. The UV light is protected by a quartz sleeve and has a lamp life of 12 months. A standard 110-volt transformer powers the lamp.
